Terms of Service

By accessing or using AhlanSahaba's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

AhlanSahaba provides custom software development services including but not limited to: • Web application development • Mobile application development • Enterprise system development • E-commerce solutions • API development and integration • UI/UX design The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project will be outlined in a separate project agreement.

Each project undertaken by AhlanSahaba will be governed by a separate project agreement that outlines: • Project scope and specifications • Timeline and milestones • Payment terms and schedule • Intellectual property rights • Confidentiality obligations In case of conflict between these Terms and a project agreement, the project agreement shall prevail.

Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement: • All intellectual property rights in deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment • AhlanSahaba retains the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during the project • Third-party components used in projects are subject to their respective licenses

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. General terms include: • Invoices are due within 30 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed • Late payments may incur additional charges • Work may be paused on overdue accounts • All prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) unless otherwise specified

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AhlanSahaba shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
